The College of Innovation+Design empowers creators,
thinkers, and doers skilled at navigating our digital and
creative world on their own terms and for the beneot
of society. Students in CI+D design their own degree
pathways, take certiocates taught by experts working
in the oeld, and become in-demand creators, designers
and entrepreneurs. Our courses are ofered in a mix of
online and in-person formats and provide students with
skills that immediately make them more employable and
efective in their workplaces and beyond. Students who
have taken CI+D majors or certiocates have gone on to
careers such as:

CI+D ofers both majors and certiocates. Students in
other majors can add CI+D certiocates to their major
and instantly gain skills that are especially attractive

CI+D students also have incredible access to free
extracurricular activities that are fun, engaging, and
make important connections for their future careers:
Venture College: Venture College is an
entrepreneurial incubator that supports the
business ambitions of students and the campus
community. Ofering hands-on training, mentorship,
and unique startup experiences, the program is
designed to empower participants to discover their
entrepreneurial passion and bring innovative ideas to
fruition.
Esports: CI+D is home to one of the most successful
varsity Esports teams in the country. At Boise State
Esports, you9ll ond a place to enhance your gaming
skills & a community that celebrates everyone in a
welcoming environment.
Global Mentorship Initiative: GMI bridges the
gap between graduation and orst career jobs for
underrepresented young professionals from diverse
communities. Through leveraging digital resources,
mentorship, AI, and human connection, we are
building a more equitable workforce of tomorrow9s
leaders.
